Salma Khan was found guilty of killing two blacbucks, a type of antelope found in the northwestern Indian state of rajastan .the poaching occurred in 1998 while Salman was in rajastan working on a movie. Prosecutors alleged that the actor shot the animals while out driving with some of his co- stars (saif Khan, sonali bendre, ) in addition to his sentence he was fined 10.000 rupees.
